Water problems? That is the only thing I can think of if the truth is that three patients died while on tx. Perhaps there wasn't proper disinfection and or a malfunction in their water system. Very unfortunate, hope all is well with the remaining patients.

The information is coming out slowly but it seems to encompass the entire month of April and include a blood loss event so it may not be a single cause.

Davita is one of the worst dialysis companies I have ever dealt with in my 18 years on dialysis. Incompetent staff, dirty facilities, all around a bad place to be if you are on dialysis. I am going to nursing school soon because if these ppl can become nurses than anyone can.
