    Bill, your better is not the best solution. If only we had single payer this whole situation wouldn't exist at all.

    BTW, this sitiuation doesn't exist only for those not on Medicare. Currently the insureance company has final say if they are the secondary payers as well. My Wellbound center was considered out-of-network and I had to get an exemption to continue treatment with them.
