On the anniversary of Darren's now failed transplant, Sara posts a poignant letter from the friend who donated a kidney seven years ago to Darren, wherein she wishes that this anniversary date could become a celebration again with another kidney for Darren; late afternoon the same day, Darren gets the call that a kidney is available, he's first on the list, it's a good match, and he is transplanted the next day. (What an amazing and happy story! We wish you, Darren and this kidney a long, healthy and happy life together.)
